What exactly happens in the free demo?
We take one or two of your real processes — an order cycle, a stock movement, a monthly close — and configure them in Odoo before the session. You see your own case working, not a generic showcase.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
Most implementations go live in four to ten weeks. The range depends on how many modules you start with, how clean your existing data is, and how fast your team can review each stage with us.
What does it cost?
Cost depends on modules, number of users, data migration and any custom development. After the demo you receive a written proposal with a fixed scope and a clear price, so there are no surprises later.
Do you handle ZATCA and Egyptian ETA e-invoicing?
Yes. Compliance with ZATCA in Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian ETA e-invoicing system is built into the implementation from the start, not bolted on afterwards.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Most clients start with the modules that hurt most — usually sales, inventory and accounting — then add CRM, HR or manufacturing once the team is comfortable.
Do you work with companies outside Cairo and Jeddah?
Yes. We serve clients across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Most of the work is done remotely, with on-site visits scheduled for the stages that genuinely need us in the room.
What happens after go-live?
